QuestionJeffClarification on push vs pull vs slide.
AnswerJeffPH p285. Pull: each square must move creature closer to you; Push: each square must move the creature farther from you; Slide: any direction. Also, forced movement of any of the 3 types does not provoke opportunity attacks/actions, cannot be made for less than what is called for, and ignores the effects of “difficult terrain”.
Question-What constitutes a “ranged” attack that will trigger opportunity attacks from adjacent enemies?
AnswerJeffBooks generally say any ranged or area effect attacks provoke opportunity attacks, but ruled that any area effect with the “close” keyword does not provoke attacks.
